I agree 100% with you.
That's why management has been dealing with so many potential deals in the last few months. I too hope they do not give cheap shares to the new off-take / funding.
Sinomine also thinks that way....their average on market is about $0.055 cents. It's important for shareholders to express this concern in a form of email to management.
