I think the Cannacord sophs will when they get their shares. Then the retailers will follow suit. That's the most likely scenario, imo, but I could be surprised.
I also wouldn't be surprised if Cannacord has been keeping the SP pumped so they can find buyers for the underwritten shares not taken up by holders under rights issue.
