    Looks like the bank has plenty of confidence in AVD.

    Credit facility doubled to US$40m

    interest rate reduced to Prime+1% (from prime+1.5%)

    fees reduced by 50% and terms extended thru to 2011.

    Given current conditions in credit markets this redetermination is very positive, imo.
