Not arguing with you, as I mentioned before I am not knowledgeable in this. Your conclusions are sensible but as i said i hope they are wrong for obvious reasons. Otherwise who is stumping up the cash and at what cost. I.e. The second part of my comment you quoted. Happy to dwell into dcm space as this is something I am more familiar with. Blue bonds maybe? But again who will stump up cash? We are not talking about pocket change here. Staged development or not the numbers are hard to swallow.
