I read an article in the Australian today that made me think of OGX. It was about a mine that was having trouble and then was taken over by new management. The first step by the new management was to close everything down, after many months they did very very well.
"His first action was to immediately cease production because he wants to do a lot more shaft sinking and exploration to determine the best way of mining the resource."
