Why don't you sell all your DCC shares and buy BTC if you're so concerned about this? You obviously haven't done enough research on this company if you don't know anything about something as major as these escrow shares. As the previous 2 posters said, BGL bought a 40 percent stake in DCC last June when the company was in dire straits and paid only 2.7c per share. Because of them, you can count your lucky stars you can still buy DCC shares today.
