I'm currently based in Malaysia and it is a Muslim country and halal products is highly important. I saw Bellamy's at the supermarkets and my daughter takes their pouches and baby rice in the past.
It got me thinking what if Bellamy's were to enter into the Middle-East markets where their products are ICCV certified, wouldn't this open up a whole new potential market into the countries that are pretty wealthy such as Qatar, UAE, Kuwait and Israel.
The company's formula and cereal products are certified Halal by the Islamic Coordinating Council of Victoria (ICCV).[8] ICCV is the major Islamic organisation responsible for the certification, monitoring, and supervision of Halal food exports from Australia.[9]
