Interestingly, shareprice actually weakened in the week preceeding this ann. So one could assume that insiders didn't think it would significantly effect the market
The real question is whether this purchase is an indication that the option over Syama is dead (indicated by a significant amount of the war chest having been spent on this aquisition) or whether Ravenswood is being bought for cashflow to finance Syama ???
