Taurus will have full control of the cash when they have full control of Realm.

They have already started the process to have full control of Realm.

They will have it in the not too distant future.

Once Realm is de-listed is they can do whatever they want with the cash, as it will automatically be theirs. No dividend required for that.
Reporting requirements are also a lot less when a company is private, as compared to being listed on the ASX.
No quarterly reports for starters.
