I posted this on another thread, but it's probably more suited to this thread.

I listened to part of Angus Taylor's speech before tuning out due to his inability to get to the point.

If anybody else listened all way to the bitter end , could they tell me what they thought of it.

For me it sounded more like getting the votes back than actually doing something NOW!

The little that I know of young Angus hasn't impressed me to date as he is part of the trendy set that believes in a "Big Australia For The Sake Of It" but with out articulating a valid reason for it.

Alan Jones adores him, which if you listen to Alan regularly as I do, then you will know that that mere fact is a huge warning bell ....... see below:

    Julia Gillard ...... "very intelligent"
    Josh Frydenberg........ "very intelligent"
    Cormann.......... "very intelligent"
    Bla bla bla ........."very intelligent"

The truth of it is, that when Alan is "as wet as a lake" (that's a line from Little Britain) about some new fantastic duck's guts politician then it's time to lay the cockroach bate.

Would be interested in other people's take on him.
