I am astounded that the management are paying their own companies for Administation, Consultancy, Office expenses. Read the reimbursements section, get to know who is in all the businesses listed. This is how management milk the finances, if the whole thing went belly up tomorrow they would of done very well.
This is a train wreck in slow motion. Imho this looks like an elaborate cow shed... a word that starts with s and ends in m and is not Shalom.
