Con was brought in to lay a solid framework which no-one had ever done in ECT. Delays should be imputed to the state that the company was left in by previous management.

Professional groups like Arup and Philip Capital would not have touched ECT until now. Anyway, the past cannot be changed but the hot air (and people) are leaving ECT as it starts to become more logical and less speculative.

We investors took a "punt" in ECT which WAS pie in the sky. With recent events and announcements either one waits for opportunities to acquire on more "right" signs or divests on uptrends.
