Don't get me wrong, I agree with your points, however just calling out the the increased capex in FY19 will push out the "rivers of gold" leverage effect (including dividends etc) that we all expect to see by another year or so. As such, I suspect this will keep the SP growth muted for a while.
Happy to be proven wrong though!
