This kind of complacency from shareholders is the reason the directors can release a quarterly activities report stating that the deal has been extended to the 31st of Aug and then in an additional statement made on the same day state that the deal has not been finalized but the timeframes will be extended (without stating for how long). This company needs a shake-up and serious questions asked by the ASX.

This should be in a trading halt because either (1) They are going to sign the deal today or (2) they are misleading shareholders with incorrect statements about established dates.
