Pretty tricky this one - low immediate growth suggests a P/E of 15 is about right but the ageing population thesis where the over 65 group is expected to double over the next 40 years is what an investment in RHC is all about. It may be that a better preparedness for retirement via Superannuation may make future over 65's more able to afford private health cover - as I said, pretty tricky this one.
