I too, took it as the cost of employees or wages. If the wages bill had been $1.3m and the sales were $6.0m, that would be more proportionate. But if it costs $6.0m to get $1.3m in sales, even a primary school student will tell you that that is unsustainable, and the back door is not that far away !
