    Hi tmt
    I did read a report and will try and find it where china looked at the refinery in Angola but pulled out due to the fact that it was not commercial because of the capping of fuel prices by the Angola government. So i was always a bit worried about the project and my thoughts where that we were doing it on request by greater powers to get better oil concessions.
    This is just my thinking
