People are probably just moving their ney somewhere else with more action or seeking less volatility. Cobalt spot prices are probably gonna stay at these levels until 2019. changes nothing for long term holders like me. the story is still the same, i am looking at a 2 year horizon minimum.
as someone mentioned before the whole commodities market is looking bearish not just cobalt. It won't settle until the trade war with china and trump ends along with the shakiness in emerging markets.
