Loan receivable refers to a US$100,000 loan advanced to Rimoto Ltd (“Loan” in accordance with a Loan Agreement between Rimoto Ltd and the Company dated 23 October 2017. A subsequent Freeway Reseller Appendix was executed detailing that the Loan is now repayable by way of the Company receiving all of the Partner’s share of Eligible Gross Margin as defined in the Freeway Reseller Appendix, & all interest is waived thereunder. Until such time that the Loan is repaid in full, the Loan Agreement & accompanying Security Pledge, dated 23 October 2017 shall remain in force.
