    You might find that the buying today is related to a The Speculator article in todays Bulletin magazine by David Haselhurst.

    He has covered ATC before and has made a purchase in their speculative portfolio @ 37c.

    I'm only guessing but I reckon our mate binder may have had the inside stick on the article ......
