Their is a big chance that BNB will want to take 100% of EBB. They increased their shareholding substantially at $1 a couple of months ago.
I don't think they would take it over for less than $1.
EBB is very important to BNB as a lot of EBB's funds are co investors with BNB.
EBB is also trading on a 10% ff div yield with no debt and cash in the bank.
