Now a GOOD promoter would be talking in terms of 1150 / 0.62 looking a little ahead for the Skaergaard spreadsheet and trying to enlist the backing of a Nth American insto fundie for a Skaergaard listing after first inspecie distribution prorata to PGM shareholders. And with no more than 25 pct equity sacrifice for enough IPO cap raising to complete the dfs from existing scoping study status (y2013)

Anything short of that should be considered LIGHTWEIGHT.
