    In SRK's Ann on the 14th they state that Brazilian Mining Group Vale (formerly CVRD) have reached an agreement with Japan and Korea for a 65% increase in iron ore price. My theory is SRK are in close contact with this group who are in close proximity and that they are the buyer and are looking to get as much iron ore as possible.
