Great questions, from my experience China likes to leave things open to interpretation so they may not have an age point as a cut off, gives them more ability to have a pretext to prosecute. Hmmm, have not worded that very well but expect you may get the idea. Have found they will give themselves as much 'wriggle room' as they can. An example might be a golf club. You give them a design and they produce a perfect replica of a titanium golf club. Will have a label saying so as well. But if you did not say the club head has to have 'x' amount of actual titanium in it, you are likely to have a head made from lead with titanium leaf on the face

I have not tried sandbox as yet so will be interesting to find out
