I think you'll find that I have never laid claim to my posts being of superior quality, rather, in the example you reference, I was highlighting that I thought another poster brought quality to these threads, and then I went on to lament the extraordinary barrage of inferior quality posts.
I followed this observation with providing my opinion, based on experience, as to a possible reason for this phenomenon.
But there's no need for us to split hairs... it is the reader, not the writer, that is the true decider of what they deem to be quality, and hence which posts are worth their attention and consideration.
