Anyone else notice the so called consultancy payments to the directors....no wonder they recommended.

Lot of money for doing very little....seems like an ancillary benefit to me.

They say funding would have been in doubt...ah da...most exploration vompanies list on the asx in order to obtain funding from spp's or rights issues or placements ...

Not many oil and gas explorers had so few shares issued and such good prospects.
