It's always good to have two sides of opinion, but then there will always be some who just want to stir the pot and get a rise. It always helps to have the tolerance to appropriately judge the negative sentiments by others of a stock - particularly in circumstances such as these - but to have a thick skin to brush off the ones who are just there to troll. I know it can be frustrating when both seem to come out of the woodwork when the share price is taking a hit.
