It's a non-equestrian event or "noise out to the side" if you like for COP who are an US$85 billion company & who recently won their own US$2 billion case against Venezuela at the ICC.
More than noise for WPL though and who could end up without a pony if this goes FAR's way & then be in a humiliating position of having to pay FAR the difference between the bargain price they paid to COP & todays actual value of the 35% stake.
I don't think the ICC will have to decide this and that at some point WPL will approach FAR for a negotiated settlement.
