It's a bit wierd.
It's a loss, and more debt.
Moreover, the balance sheet shows a 1 M + surplus , which is great however, it is conditional upon a 29 M asset, listed as "intangible" ...something I cannot see , nor touch .
Remove that, and you have a shortfall of ~ 27 M.
I recall a similar arrangement with the Godfrey group - which then by definition gives us a tracking of how the business model will operate ?
The chase up to 23 c is interesting - some one knows or is playing...
