How do you not understand that he cannot "transfer" between his own accounts and then update the market as above.
If you read further down, he clearly states that he now only hold 172,800,000 shares. a year ago, he held 254,000,000.
As a director it doesn't matter what entity you hold them in, your required to advise the market the number of shares under your control.
Accordingly either he is lying to the market and he controls more shares than disclosed above (note that the title is Change of Directors Interest) or he is selling shares for a pittance.
Also - FYI - an off market "transfer" is a sale, its just a sale that is conducted off market between 2 parties, either directly or via a broker. Why? Because for tax purposes, you must have actually SOLD the shares!!!
