Interest thing popped into my brain today reading the reports again.
There seems to be some issues with the share register.
Annual report - advising shareholder register as at 15 March 2018:
However on the 16th March 2018, JIAYIN XU advised in the Change of Directors interest that he held 217,800,000 ordinary shares since December 2016 in a DIRECT interest.
Given that the only shareholder big enough is the company... whats going on here?
