are you asking what the total revenue will be of the combined entity pa after the introduction of dirct charging?

If so, expect $2 per transaction x 11,000 ATM's x 1200 transactions per month (assuning a 10% drop in transaction rates)= $264 mill. Cost wise, expect synergies to improve overall margins by at least 5%. Overall I would expect operating margins of 55% before finance costs (interest), rebates, D & A, and tax.

My guess....need to do more work to firm up the numbers but they wont be too far off.
