For those who haven't seen it already - this is the Private Members' Bill that Sir Greg Knight initiated in 2017, calling for a single code of practice.

Assuming SPZ maintains a high standard of practice, the increased public scrutiny and regulatory requirements could potentially stamp out rogue operators or make any sub-scale business unprofitable, which in turn could benefit SPZ in the long run in terms of capturing further market share.
