    At first glance, this appears to be a ~7% temporary export tax. Unclear whether it applies to lithium carbonate. per Macri, it will be removed when the crisis is over. if it applies to lithium, I would expect an over reaction by the market. I'm in Canada so I will be watching the other Argentina producers/near producers tomorrow on the TSX/NYSE.
