- MOU with China will lock up supply to a country that cannot sell to the biggest user
- downstream processing reliance on China is risky
- shipping route to China is poor
- resource is large but mainly by volume, not what you want from a isolated deposit
- radiation is high, ennvironmental concerns abound, this will ALWAYS be an issue
- project is too slow, JORC was bloody 3 years ago!
- lack of infrastructure and expertise, CAPEX and OPEX will be too large
- too dependant on higher RE prices

Which of these do you think are non-issues and why?

It is an interesting resource, but the location and progress so far are not favourable. Intrinsic value of this company is too high at this MC. More dilution incoming and the SP will remain under sustained pressure for some time.
