This has been planned for and Marc moved from CEO to board directorship a while ago. He is more of the exploration expertise - find the project. Then you bring in more experienced managers who can develop and manage the project.
This is not an uncommon occurence to see as these small companies progress from explorer/developer to producer.AIM looks like it is progressing well.
