It’s not a buy yet IMO as MOC has a habit of falling off a cliff post share price release.
We saw about 7.0% dividends from big banks inc WBC within the last 2 weeks. They make a better buy than MOC imo at a bit above 8%.
I’d expect MOC to get down to about 1.20 before too long, pure going off sell offs post dividend and adjusting for the new reduced dividend. This is why I thought the pre ex dividend price represented a selling opportunity.
