It's a good question. May I rephrase it??
Lets say your address is registered in Australia, is there an extra procedure involved i.e. do you need to collect the letter and fill in forms etc? Or is it automatic and do they just issue the shares in the etrade/anz account.
I am registered in Australia, however I haven't been there for some time now and am unlikely to return soon.
