Yes I'm not sure about the exact timeline, but they said it was to be done in parallel with the closing stages of the feasibility study, which is now through March quarter.
How quickly it can be producing and what the "prospective strategic/offtake partners" need to see to be satisfied is anyone's guess.
They can't start construction until they've raised the money and I would guess the strategic/offtake partners would want time to look at the DFS in full, so I don't think it will be finish DFS and straight intro construction.
They've allowed time for that in the timeline though, so I wouldn't worry about it.
