I agree,... I have no problem too if the new business model works, and the environment continues to support the necessity of a mortgage broker's services. I would want to know where the floor is though,... and what the lowest dpu is that the new business model can afford to give us.
Hence,... I think, the best thing to do now would be just to wait, and let the UNREALISED PROFIT reflects in the portfolio table. Collect whatever dpu that is dished out to us.
