looking into this further the CFO is leaving but is not being pushed out, which is a good sign.
The arrears numbers seem explainable and normal, about 4% 30+ arrears and with recovery a loss rate of about 1.8%.....they are forecasting it to trend to 2.5% over time. These numbers actually seem pretty good really.
I think the expectations management have been totally screwed up with this one.....combination of market and company at fault on that score.
