I think I said in an earlier post that it would be my last comment on this.....ok I lied but this will be my last on the topic.
I dont like personal attacks on posters so I will just say that one is now on ignore....ah breath the fresh air...more oxygen for the rest of us.
I think many will be surprised at the amount of NO votes when the results of the SGM are announced. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and many here have been expressed here....some more eloquently than others.
We are all here as we have been attracted to what could be a game changing technology to save lives and produce a commercial outcome. Win/Win.
Management have progressed this technology in many ways with pre clinical trials and now safely through phase 1 GvHD.
But let's keep one thing in mind. Igor Slukvin and the team at UWM discovered and patented this technology. They are the scientists. This is a listed ASX entity with a management team employed to commercialise the science.
They have progressed it to this stage with some hiccups along the way and some lessons learned (yes they are not perfect like the rest of us).
It can be argued either way whether we should be further advanced in other indications etc etc.
But let's put one thing to bed...whether you are happy to vote yes or no to granting loans to two company directors (I'm in the definite NO camp) there is no doubt in my mind that this was very opportunistic and self serving. You cannot tell me how this is best serving the company.
Once these two directors have their 5%...and they will it just depends on how they are paid for.. how do we know how they will vote in the future and what guarantee do they give that they act in our best interest. They will be just as motivated to get themselves the best deal. Maybe that does align them with us and I hope that it does but whether they hold 1% or 5% that shouldn't change. If the CEO has time to call shareholders to tell them to vote and express disappointment to some who voted against (really I hear you say....yep) well I wish them good luck but have to vote NO.
I still hold and still believe in the tech and do hope that management can get this over the line.
Enough from me. Sorry for the novel
