Lol isnt human nature wonderful, banks are always right, folks are stupid, banks wouldnt ever do anything wrong
Well greedy stupid people sometimes run brokerages and banks as well, sometimes banks get it wrong and sometimes folks are mislead, sometimes crimes are committed and people like to blame the victims of those crimes. This is why we have a judicial system to arbitrate between competing commercial claims.
ANZ have made a mountain of errors, some investors have made some errors as well, its alleged that some folk have tricked and defrauded of their property, allot of these folk were not greedy stupid people.
The whole thing will be played out in the courts, they will decide who the greedy stupid people are, but I would suggest that ANZ have sent a clear message to the community about their ethics,practices and the values they stand for as a company. ANZ have shown us by example the kind of companies they sponsor and practices they support.
I would suggest to savvy investors that ANZ represents an excellent short.
