Assuming they are buying SDL, I reckon it would be an "Off market" purchase of the major shareholders.
The mums and dads investors of SDL wouldn't have a clue what's going on.
If it is SDL, then potentially ANS is buying a once valued at $1 billion for a mere $41 mill or so.
Now that my friends has got e excited.....
