    Had an email response from David Dix this morning. I asked about Puffin and he said that they are working with SIPC on programme and budjets which will be the basis of improved performance and this will take a little time but should be announced soon. Also said expected all regulatory approvals (FIRB etc) in the next 30 days. Didnt ask about Chinese trip.
