I agree. I have posted the same info regarding NM ... Some feel because he is a new director (June 07) he is a latecommer jumping on the bandwagon with freeby options ... WRONG! He is an original seed investor & part of the brains tank behind the aquisition of Goanikontes & the set up of Turgi Investments.
However, if he had knowledge of the "lending" policy of Opes then IMO he should be toast! This has cost the company hundred of millions of dollars off the market cap & lost heap of $$$ for investors, because this share lending has allowed the BMN share price to be TRASHED from $4 down to this
If however he knew not the extent of Opes' actions & is a mere victim, then I am happy to see him stay.
I imagine we will hear of the afterwash soon
