Looking into a position in LVT. Have been monitoring for a few months since it was in the low 40's. I don't mind paying more once i have more information. From a growth perspective things do look promising. The cash burn seems unwarranted in some specific areas.
Wondering whether anyone else finds it odd that they spent almost 3 mill on 'travel & entertainment expense' while the company lost 22 mill. In addition to that, the CEO taking home 1.2mill in cash payments (excluding share based comp) is questionable as well.
I tend to be wary when i see such lavish expenditure when a company should be hyper focused on using their limited cash as effectively as possible. I don't have that much of an issue with the CEO's pay although i think it is excessive, but am certainly interested to hear how we explain the 3 mill for travel and entertainment.
Thoughts?
