You are right .. but if I was a director of a company & I KNEW that my shares were being on-lent to Hedge Funds to shart the crap out of my company, then I would have immediately cancelled my account & changed brokers .... That is the only responsible thing to do.
So either he was: 1] naive, and didnt understand the ramifications of Opes' actions 2] he was grossly neglegent of his responsibilities toward BMN & its shareholders
I beleive it will be #1 ....
We shall see, but in the end I just want them to get on with AA
