Well what ive surmised is that if it is SDL it could loo like this !
1) SDL have a shareholder approval meeting in September (this month) for all those convertible notes to be approved by shareholders based on the agreement forming CN options.
AND ....what if ANS with their strong relationship with SDL management, and with ANS Chinese funding/backing have been talking to SDL management and major shareholders behind closed doors to offer them 50% of the convertible note value by way of cash injection to reduce SDLs debt liabilities once they get to production and take a stake in production revenue. this would ease up the need for SDL to go for 100% convertible notes to retire 123 mill approx of debt ?????

so if so then our so called "strategic investment wording " might be close to this scenario , and considering these two companies in trading halts/suspensions its feasible they are talking considering our interest in SDL PROJECT IN Cameroon and our Chinese MD and his financial connections
