The info on Kimberley Metal (sorry not "Kimberley Mining" as posted) is available on many recent CBH announcements. There was a good one out today which explains the spin of that will occur. Sorby Hills is definetely the premier asset in the spin off.
Worth watching from a TNG persepective and also confirms if you dont know already how beneficial these spin offs are for share holders. CBH justifies it on the basis that these assets to be spun off receive no value in the CBH SP.
TNG have been pro-active in spinning off assets and rewarding share holders.
